Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Thai Citizenship Master Prep ("the Service"), operated by [OWNER TO COMPLETE: legal entity, jurisdiction] ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

The Service provides study materials, practice questions, mock interviews, and a readiness score to help users prepare for Thai citizenship and permanent residency assessments. We are not affiliated with any Thai government authority. Content is for educational purposes only and is not legal advice.

3. Accounts & eligibility

Some features require an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase Premium access.

4. Premium purchase & license

Premium Lifetime grants a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal study use on your own devices for the operational lifetime of the Service. License does not transfer ownership of any content. Sharing, redistributing, scraping, or reselling content is prohibited.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in THB and include applicable taxes unless stated. See our Refund Policy for refund terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer or copy the Service, (b) use automated tools to extract content, (c) attempt to bypass paywalls or authentication, (d) use the Service for unlawful purposes.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee a passing result on any official Thai government assessment. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. Premium license may be revoked for violations of Section 6 without refund.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; the "Updated" date will change. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law
